Standard Returns Policy
Stockshifters Standard Returns Policy
You have 24 hours in which to inspect the goods and to inform us if the goods are not as described on the website. (Please note that because Stockshifters is a B2B marketplace, purchases made on Stockshifters.com are not eligible for return other than if they are mis-described on the site.)
You must inform us of any issues with the goods within 24 hours by email to our logistics email address of feedback@stockshifters.com. After this time you will lose your right to reject / return goods and any refund, credit or other recompense will not be possible.
Please be aware that returns will only be accepted on stock which is complete, and as delivered. Any stock which has been sold on to a third party is therefore in breach of this policy and is ineligible for return.
Missing items and grading discrepancies need to be presented to Stockshifters in one concise document within a 24 hour period. After this submission no additions can be made.
